Capabilities
Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs)
Standard and bespoke autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) that are built to handle high-payload and heavy-duty operations.
Fully Integrated AMR-Powered Assembly & Fabrication Lines
Transform your production flow with agile, AMR-driven assembly lines designed to replace rigid, in-floor conveyance systems. By eliminating the need for fixed infrastructure, manufacturers can easily scale output, adapt to shifting product mixes, and introduce new models without major disruptions.
Reconfigurations and system launches are significantly faster and more cost-effective than traditional setups, with no need for permanent structures or disruptive construction on the factory floor.
We integrate MES and SCADA systems using Ignition to seamlessly connect line-side equipment—such as lift assists, torque and secure tools, vision systems, and badge authentication—ensuring each step is validated before progression.
Navigation is enabled through advanced tapeless SLAM LIDAR or more economical in-floor guidance media, offering flexibility to suit your plant environment.

Natural Feature Navigation Enabled by Bluebotics™
Our navigation options
Invio AMRs support multiple navigation technologies, including advanced LIDAR-based natural feature navigation powered by our partner, BlueBotics™.
This system enables:
- Fast and flexible path adjustments
- Intuitive mission programming
- Scalable fleet coordination through software
- High-precision movement with ±1 cm accuracy
We also provide full factory analytics, including OEE tracking, activity heatmaps, and dwell time monitoring, through integrated dashboards.
For specific site needs, we offer alternative navigation options such as magnetic bar and tape-based guidance. Our application engineers will help identify the most cost-effective and environment-suited solution for your operation.
High-Capacity AMR Platforms with Flexible Pathways for Custom Integration
We deliver both off-the-shelf AMRs and fully customised solutions tailored for high-payload applications, routinely moving loads of 10,000 lbs, 20,000 lbs, 30,000 lbs and beyond.
We design and build all transport carts and fixturing in-house, ensuring seamless integration and durability. Our AMRs can be configured with scissor lifts, powered trunnions, automated and manual slide tooling, integrated dunnage storage, and advanced multi-plane safety sensors for enhanced obstacle detection and operational control.
Model
HW25000
Our heaviest standard product has been used by semi-truck manufacturers to transport chassis through the assembly line. A skid steer OEM customized the HW25000 to increase material velocity within their highly automated weld processes. A MES system coordinated and reset product fixturing on-deck.
- On-deck Load Capacity: 25,000 lbs (11,340 kg)
- Towing Load Capacity: 25,000 lbs (11,340 kg)
- Maneuverability: Forward / Reverse / Rotate
Model
DTD10000
Enhance safety and increase productivity in your facility by reducing dependence on traditional fork trucks and tuggers. The DTD10000 is favored in rugged, heavy industrial environments where transporting heavy products is dangerous and inefficient. In production at Bobcat, John Deere, Peterbilt, and First Solar
- On-deck Load Capacity: 10,000 lbs (4,536 kg)
- Towing Load Capacity: 10,000 lbs (4,536 kg)
- Maneuverability: Forward / Reverse / Rotate
Model
TD5000
A popular mid-capacity model suited for assembly lines for rec sports (John Deere), small vehicles, marine engine assembly (CAT) or agriculture drivetrain applications (John Deere). As an option, there’s ample on-board power to drive hydraulic lift motors with operator controls and toggles.
- On-deck Load Capacity: 3,500 lbs (1,588 kg)
- Towing Load Capacity: 5,000 lbs (2,268 kg)
- Maneuverability: Forward / Reverse / Rotate
Model
E3500
A model highly popular with Invio’s mobility customers. The E3500 is a great AMR for transporting sub-assemblies, WIP, and finished goods through highly automated and operator-heavy processes. Best-in-class safety and power management.
- On-deck Load Capacity: 1,000 lbs (454 kg)
- Towing Load Capacity: 3,500 lbs (1,588 kg)
- Maneuverability: Forward
Model
LD1500
The LD1500 is Invio’s light duty standard product used for transporting components and assemblies to point of use on the assembly line. In production at Airbus, Magna, Honda, Ford, Whirlpool, Trane, Cummins, Volvo, JLG, John Deere, Marvin Windows, and Mack Trucks.
- On-deck Load Capacity: 500 lbs (227 kg)
- Towing Load Capacity: 1,500 lbs (680 kg)
- Maneuverability: Forward / Reverse
Streamline your assembly operations by replacing fixed conveyance and forklift traffic with Invio’s advanced Autonomous Mobile Robot platforms. Built for reliability and uptime, our systems use flexible, open architectures and proven technologies—never black box software or experimental solutions.
We integrate trusted components such as Allen-Bradley and Siemens PLCs, paired with BlueBotics™ Natural Feature Navigation, to ensure precision, scalability, and full system transparency across your manufacturing floor.
