The Premium Reconditioning Service includes:
- Complete robot evaluation & system backup
- Preventative maintenance testing
- Pre-grease inspection
- Detailed status report, recommendations, & quote
Upon a decision to move forward:
- Execution of all accepted recommendations
- Replace grease and oil for all axis
- Replace batteries and controller
- Post-grease inspection
- Documentation of any failures
- Clean robot and controller
- Re-paint per customer specification
- Run final system testing
- Run final buy-off online or offline
