When helping define an automation strategy with our manufacturing customers, or scoping the projects already on their roadmap, our process at Invio Automation often begins with a factory of the future workshop.
Our consultative approach results in both engineering deliverables and business case deliverables.
On the technical side, we help our customers by creating engineering outputs such as 3D concepts, layout drawings, and simulation models. These activities help to provide some specificity to a proposed idea and help prove out underlying assumptions inherent in the design.
In parallel, we help provide the business team leaders with the necessary information to understand a project's ROI. During our workshops, we focus a lot on "right-sizing the automation" to ensure that scope of a proposed solution is well aligned with the business's objectives.
